Shipping Times



All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary during busy periods.


After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:


  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.



Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.



Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.



Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.



Incorrect Addresses



Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.



Lost or Delayed Packages



Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.



Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
